Career & Business
The word Business has over a dozen different definitions in the Microsoft dictionary. Rather than get bogged down in these we should remember its origin is ‘busyness’.
We are all busy, that is why these articles are short. What are we busy doing?
The most common answer is work. This may be to earn money or to look after a family and home. Usually it is all three!
And what are we working for? Some would say money, some would say security, some would say 'to keep the show on the road' and many have forgotten!
It is very easy to get lost in work or ‘busyiness’ and kid yourself that if you just work harder, everything will be alright!
