Relationships with children

We all love our children but.....are there  times when things fall apart?

Do we wonder what we are doing wrong?

Do we even doubt if we are capable of doing the job!

Parenting is a vital job for which we are given no training and little guidance. We usually have to learn on the job. We do have some instinRWC_Kidscts but these are not necessarily up to helping our children in a fast developing technological society which puts a lot of demands on them.

In this Learning Area we aim to give practical help by passing on the knowledge gained by other parents and such experts as we can find.

We have a selection of articles that may help to convince you that the problems you may be experiencing are probably not unique and that there are practical things that can be done improve any recurring situation.

It is hoped that you may wish to interact with other parents to exchange experience. The best way to do this is to read and commnet on the articles in the Learning Area.
