What is Positive Input?

It is a School for Success for 20 and 30 year olds. It teaches them about life principles and life skills in order to overcome the obstacles to their success..

Who is Positive Input for?

Many people in their 20s and 30s struggle to get themselves on the road to whatever they see as ‘Success’ for themselves.  The areas that hold them back from success tend to be ‘life and social knowledge and skills’, which they are almost never taught in normal schools, colleges or universities.

The traditional source for this knowledge is parents and older family members. Unfortunately for many this is not a reliable source anymore.

Positive Input aims to fill this gap by giving broad common-sense guidelines on life and social principles and where possible provides help with developing skills. It believes that if people understand the ‘why to’ take better control of their life, they will find it much easier to learn and apply the ‘how to’.

How does it do this?

It does this by linking up people who feel they can be more successful, with those who have gained a measure of success and who wish to pass on some of the knowledge and experience they have gained.

Most of the facilities Positive Input provides at the moment are web-based but it is hoped that in due course it will be possible to run seminars, training courses, conferences and other events on a localized basis.

The web-based facilities, in the form of general guidance articles, recommended reading and listening, are available to anyone who visits the site.

However Registered Members have the opportunity of specialized facilities and personal help, in particular email guidance, support and mentoring to deal with particular issues and to evolve a personalised strategy for their own success.

What does it cost?

Most of the content of the Positive Input website is freely available to all. Registered Members have the facility of guidance on where to find particular information and services both within and beyond the website.

Registered Membership

You can register as Member without cost. Most membership facilities are free and it is hoped to keep it so, provided we can generate enough income to cover our costs from other sources, such as book and other product sales, affiliate payments, etc.  Some of our more advanced services need to be charged for in order to pay other people’s costs.

Who makes money out of Positive Input?

Positive Input is a Social Enterprise. It is run in a business like way and re-invests any surpluses to advance its aim of educating more people in life principles and life skills, to benefit both themselves and our civilisation.

Unapologetically non-academic?

Positive Input is not an academic institution. The Founders and Associate Members are all from real business backgrounds, so they have 'walked the walk' and learned what is important and what works. There are no 'know-it-all' teachers, we are all learning, and always will be.

We are not part of the qualifications industry.  The measure of our success is your success in achieving the things that really matter to you in your life.

What’s in it for you?

Whether you want to move up the ranks, start your own business, improve your relationship with others, or need help with your exit strategy, Positive Input can help to get you where you want to be. Guidance and programmes are tailored to meet individual Registered Members needs. Practical advice to get you over the next hurdle is given the same importance as long term planning.

*Official Definition: A Social Enterprise is a business with primarily social objectives whose surpluses are principally reinvested for that purpose in the business or in the community, rather than being driven by the need to maximise profit for shareholders and owners.
